Sri Vijay Kumar Ojha, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Ramendra Asthana, learned counsel for petitioner, fairly stated that issue involved in this writ petition is covered by Supreme Court's judgment in Balbir Kaur and another Vs. U.P. Secondary Education Services Selection Board, Allahabad and others (2008) 12 SCC 1 and the judgment rendered by Supreme Court is against the petitioner, hence, no relief can be granted.
2. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
