The petitioners submit that they applied for recognition for running a basic school after complying with all the provisions of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009. Learned counsel submits that till date no action has been taken inspite of the fact that a complete application in all respect has been moved before the Respondent No.2.

Sri Sanjay Chaturvedi has accepted notice for respondent No.2.

This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with a direction to the said respondent proceed to examine the claim of the petitioners in accordance with rules and pass appropriate orders within a period of 2 months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
