Learned Standing Counsel accepted notice on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 to 3.
Petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent No.4.
All the respondents may file a counter affidavit within a period of one month. Petitioner will have two weeks thereafter to file a rejoinder affidavit.

Contention raised by the petitioner is as the special appeal was dismissed in default and application for restoration is pending against the order dated 14.09.2004 but the respondent Assistant Registrar submitted the list of member of general body regarding the election by order dated 09.06.2010 that too without any notice or opportunity given to the petitoner. In view of the aforesaid fact, petitioenr is entitled for interim relief.
Till the next date of listing, the operation of the order dated 09.06.2010 shall remain stayed.
