The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 25.5.2010 passed in Writ Petition No.30384 of 2010 (C/M Shastri Memorial Higher Secondary School and another Vs. State of U.P. and Others).
It is argued by Sri. K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel that in compliance of the order of this court, a decision has already been taken on 12.08.2010 by the opposite party, a copy of the same has also been provided to the counsel for the applicant and no further cause of action would further survived and prays for dismissal of the present contempt application.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Since the order of the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further order is required.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
In the event, the applicant is aggrieved by this order, he is at liberty to move a recall application for recalling this order within 30 days.
