Sri VK Singh learned counsel for the petitioners states that at the time of preparation of the writ petition, it transpired that two separate causes of action have been joined in the instant writ petition and the same would result in complication. He therefore prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition.
Sri APM Tripathi, counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same.
Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in terms of prayer made. In case fresh writ petition is filed, copy thereof shall be duly served upon Sri APM Tripathi.
