The contention of the petitioner is that despite the direction given by this Court vide order dated 22.4.2009 in Writ Petition No. 21297 of 2009 to appoint authorized controller within a month and the said authorized controller shall, after finalizing the list of valid members and completing all the formalities, hold the election of the Committee of Management as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of appointment of authorized controller, the election has not yet been held. He submitted that even the proceeding for the finalizing the list for the valid members have yet not been taken up.

Learned Standing Counsel is directed to seek instruction.
