On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel submits that the students of the petitioner-Institution have been permitted to appear in the High School Examination to be conducted by the respondent-Board.
In such view of the matter, the cause of action on which the writ petition was founded does not survive.
The writ petition is dismissed.
Copy of the instructions has been made over to the learned counsel for the petitioner by the learned Standing Counsel.
