The instant writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus commanding respondent No. 3 to renew the registration certificate of Sardar Patel Shiksha Parishad, Sebari Mandir, Azamgarh, a registered society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 on the application filed by the petitioners.
On a query made by the Court as to how the petitioners were entitled to apply for renewal and to demonstrate before the Court that the petitioners are validly elected Committee of Management and its office bearers, learned counsel for the petitioners very fairly conceded that there is no such material in their possession.
Having regard to the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in the instant petition at the instance of the petitioners.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
