The petitioner which is the Committee of Management of the Institution called Shri Sant Raidas Vidya Mandir Kurthi Jafarpur, Mau, runs a primary school.
It has been stated that the petitioner had applied before the respondent nos. 1 and 2 for grant-in-aid. It has been further stated that when this application was filed a report was also called for in pursuance of the Government Order dated 1.10.2012. Further it has been stated that a report was also submitted on 1.7.2013. When the grant-in-aid was still not given the petitioner ultimately on 24.11.2020 represented again.
It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the representations were not being looked into and the petitioner was not being given the grant-in-aid.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the petitioner may represent once again before the respondent nos. 1 and 2 who shall look into the representation and all relevant records and, thereafter, decide the representation of the petitoiner within a period of two months.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
