Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents No.1 and Sri Madan Mohan for Respondents No.2 to 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has urged that the order dated 15.04.2010 passed in Writ Petition No.20313 of 2010 has not yet been complied by the respondents and no fresh decision has been taken by the Government Authority. The affect of the order dated 15.04.2010 was that the Committee of Management was to function and Administrator could not function in the society of the petitioner. Since the Government Authority has not yet taken any decision the Committee of Management shall continue to function till the final decision is taken by the Government Authority in compliance of the order dated 15.04.2010 and respondents are restrained from appointing any Administrator in the society of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction this writ petition stands finally disposed of. The petitioner's Committee of Management shall continue to function even after 15.06.2010 if no decision is taken by the Government Authority as directed by the order dated 15.04.2010.
