Heard counsel for the petitioners. Learned Standing Counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no. 1 and Sri L.K. Tripathi, learned counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no. 2.
It is argued that during the pendency of the writ petition necessary order has already been passed in the matter. Hence the present petition has become infructuous.
In view of the same, the writ petition having been become infructuous and is dismissed.
