A reference has been made by Deputy Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Agra to the Prescribed Authority for deciding election dispute of Rastriya Sarvodaya Vidyalaya, Puriya, Mainpuri, a registered Society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The petitioner has filed the writ petition seeking a direction to the Prescribed Authority to decide the said reference within a stipulated time.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the parties are contesting the same and matter is fixed for recording of evidence.
Since the reference is pending since a long time, and therefore, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Prescribed Authority - respondent No. 3 to decide the reference expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
