The Committee of Management, Ramlila Samiti Ghoshi, District Mau has preferred this petition for writ to remove encroachment from Gata No.1145 measuring .2620 hectares situated at Jamalpur Mirzapur, Tehsil Ghoshi, district Mau.
The cause sought to be agitated may be well examined in administrative side before the District Magistrate, Mau and, therefore, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition for writ relegating the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Mau. The petitioner, if submits any representation to the District Magistrate, Mau along with a certified copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Mau shall consider the same and take necessary steps, if required for removal of encroachment in accordance with law and by providing opportunity of hearing to the parties affected.
With the directions as above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
