Sri Pankaj Saxena, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents states that pursuant to the Order dated 25.01.2010, he has obtained instructions in the matter.
Sri R.C. Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the matter may be directed to be put-up as fresh on 2.2.2010 so as to enable him to obtain further instructions in the matter.
The case is accordingly directed to be put-up as fresh on 02.02.2010.
