The instant writ petition has been filed by the Committee of Management of Ram Dulari Devi Primary Vidyalaya, Azamgarh for a direction to the respondents to include the name of the petitioner Institution in the grant-in-aid list of the State Government.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Institution is entitled to grant-in-aid in view of the judgment of this Court in Paripurna Nand Tripathi Versus State of U.P., 2015(3) ADJ 567.
Learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and Sri B.P. Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 & 5 very fairly state that the decision in this regard shall be taken by the first respondent, within such time as may be directed by this Court.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the first respondent with a certified copy of this order and a fresh representation, and in which event, the same shall be decided by the first respondent by means of a speaking order within next three months.
