The instant writ petition has been filed by the Committee of Management of Ram Dulari Devi Junior High School, Azamgarh seeking a direction to the respondents to include the name of the petitioner Institution in the grant-in-aid list of the State Government,having regard to the provisions of U.P. Act No. 6/1978.
It is submittted that the representation of the petitioner Institution dated 25.9.2017 is still pending.
Learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and Sri B.P. Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 & 5 states that the representation shall be decided, within such time as may be directed by this Court.
Accordingly, without entering into merits, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the first respondent with a certified copy of this order and a fresh representation, and in which event, the same shall be decided by the first respondent by means of a speaking order, expeditiously, preferably within next three months.
