In view of judgment of Division Bench of this Court rendered in Special Appeal Defective No.1286 of 2013 (C/M Anjuman Kherul Almin Allahganj and another Vs. State of U.P. and others) reported in 2014(1) A.L.J. 659, the impugned order passed by Deputy Registrar Annexure no.1 to the writ petition appears without jurisdiction. Therefore, the operation of the impugned order dated 17.6.2011 is stayed till the next date of listing.
