By order dated 26.2.2004 this Court directed the Secretary, Secondary Education, U.P.Lucknow to make an enquiry in respect of number of sanctioned posts in Ram Adhar Yadav Inter College, Rasoolpur, District Jaunpur with regard to sanctioned posts of teachers and others employees and submit report within a period of two months. The record does not disclose any such report to have been submitted. Thereafter, it appears that in 2014 this Court again allowed one more opportunity to the authorities to comply with the earlier order but to no avail.
Under the circumstances, this Court is left with no other alternative but to summon the Secretary, Secondary Education, U.P. Lucknow to furnish an explanation as to why the order dated 26.2.2004 has not been complied with with regard to sanctioned strength of teachers and others staff in the said institution.
Learned Standing Counsel is directed to communicate this order to the Secretary, Secondary Education, U.P.Lucknow for compliance.
List this case on 5th August, 2014 on which date the Secretary, Secondary Education, U.P.Lucknow shall appear before this Court in person at 10 AM with explanation with regard to non compliance of the order dated 26.2.2004.
Let a copy of this order be handed over to the learned Standing Counsel within 24 hours for compliance.
