Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner is aggrieved against non action of the District Basic Education Officer over his application to grant permission to make selection and appointment against vacant situation of teachers in the institution and they are confining their relief only in respect of teachers.
Learned counsel for the respondent Sri Mrigraj Singh has no objection in case if direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioners in accordance with law in time bound period.
In view of above, writ petition is disposed of with direction to the 3rd respondent to look into the grievance of the petitioners and pass order strictly in accordance with law within period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
