JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the District Inspector of Schools, Kaushambi on 14.11.2011 has recommended to make the petitioners' institution as an examination centre and referred the matter to the Regional Level Committee but the Regional Level Committee is seized with the matter and till date no decision has been communicated.
Let the learned Standing Counsel may seek instruction.
Put up on Wednesday (18.1.2012) a fresh.
