The instant writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the orders dated 30.12.2017 and 6.4.2018. These are in fact, not any order passed by the Authority, but reports submitted by District Inspector of Schools in regard to existence of infrastructure and other requirements in the process of ascertaining whether approval for running Intermediate classes is to be granted to the Institution or not. As such, there is no question of quashing these reports.
The second relief claimed is for issuing a direction to the respondents to grant recognition to the Institution run by the petitioner Committee of Management, and to decide representation dated 19.5.2018.
Learned standing counsel states that in case, no final decision has been taken by the Recognition Committee so far, it would take decision in the matter within such time as may be directed by this Court.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by providing that in case, final decision has not been taken in the matter so far, the same shall be taken within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
