The relevant portion of the order dated 04.01.2019 is extracted here under:-
"Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the capacity of the students of the petitioner institution is 481. However, 860 students have been allotted to the petitioner-institution as the examination center. The petitioner-institution does not have the infrastructure to accommodate the students in excess of the infrastructure capacity."
On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel submits that the examination will be held in two sessions. In the first session 408 students will take their examination in the petitioner institution. In the second session 452 students will take their examinations in the petitioner institution. This is in conformity with the capacity of the institution as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners.
The writ petition is dismissed.
