The contention of the petitioners is that without hearing the petitioners' Society, the Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Azamgarh Region, Azamgarh has registered the list of the office-bearers for the year 2011-12. There is nothing on record to show that the petitioners' committee of management has filed any objection before the Assistant Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Azamgarh Region, Azamgarh.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that let the matter be taken up tomorrow to enable him to file the documents showing the objection filed by the committee of management.
