The petitioner by means of the present writ petition is seeking a direction to the DIOS to recognize the elections of the committee of management of Sri Viveka Nand Siksha Niketan Adarsh Higher Secondary School Shahpur, Gorakhpur, held on 22.1.2010.
The petitioner in this connection has already preferred a representation dated 17.5.2010 to the DIOS.
In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the authority concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner by a speaking order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period four weeks' from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
