After some argument, counsel for the petitioners prayed for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty reserved in favour of the petitioners to submit explanation to the show cause notice pointing out that required information had already been supplied and consequently, no action should be taken.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
