A supplementary affidavit has been filed annexing therewith the order passed by Assistant Registrar on 21.9.2015 rejecting the complaint of petitioner No. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the said order is already under challenge in a separate writ petition and therefore, he does not intend to press the instant petition.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
