(Civil Misc. Withdrawal Application No.10 of 2018). This is an application praying for dismissal of the writ petition as withdrawn, which is supported by an affidavit of one Sri Shakeel Khan said to be parokar on behalf of the petitioners. It may also to note here that the same Shakeel Khan was also the deponent to the petition.
For the reasons given in the affidavit, the withdrawal application is allowed. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
