ORDER 1. Plaintiff in O.S.No.133/2015 on the file of Senior Civil Judge & JMFC, Anekal, has come up in these writ petitions impugning the order dated 07.11.2015 passed on IA Nos.2 to 4.
2. When this matter is taken up for consideration this day, the stage of the original proceedings in O.S.No.133/2015 is looked into in the website of Bengaluru Rural District Court. It is seen that O.S.No.133/2015 has already been disposed of vide judgment dated 07.04.2018. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in these writ petitions as the same has become infructuous. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous.
