Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J.
The petitioners have challenged the elections programme notified by the respondent no. 4.
There is no ground to interefere in the election process once the elections programme are underway. Moreover, the writ petition is not maintainable since it has not been notified by the statutory authority or its instrumentalities under Article of the Constitution of India.
Faced with the aforesaid, Sri Sudarshan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not wish to press the relief sought in the writ petition at this stage but seeks liberty to approach the appropriate authority with his grievances after the elections are held.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the election shall proceed as per the election programme. In case the petitioners have any grievances after the declaration of the election result, they can approach the competent authority with such grievances if any.
The writ petition is disposed of.
