Petitioner has made a representation for grant of affiliation to the petitioner institution to run D.El.Ed. course.
The only prayer made by Sri J.P. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the representation may be decided within a stipulated period of time.
The respondent no. 1, Principal Secretary/Additional Chief Secretary, Basic Education, Government of U.P., Lucknow shall decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
