Heard the counsel for the petitioners as well as the Standing Counsel representing respondent nos. 1 to 3.
It has been stated by the petitioners that the representation dated 17.1.2019, a copy of which has been annexed as Annexure-7 to the writ petition submitted by the petitioners i.e. the Committee of Management, Moradabad Inter College and its Manager for increasing the sanctioned strength of L.T./C.T grade is still pending consideration before the respondent no.2.
Considering the circumstances of the case, the respondent no. 2, i.e the Director, Intermediate Education Government of U.P Lucknow is directed to decide the aforesaid representation dated 17.1.2019 submitted by the petitioners before him within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioners in the present writ petition.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
