It has been informed that against the judgement and order dated 21.11.2013 passed by this Court, a Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No. 3684 of 2014 has been preferred before the Apex Court and the Apex Court has passed the following order on 7.3.2014:- "Petitioner is allowed to take necessary corrections in page nos.H, U, 13, 14, 20, 21, 23, 24, 26 and 28 in SLP (C) ... CC 3684 of 2014. Permission to file SLP is allowed in SLP (C) No. ... CC 3684 of 2014.
Issue notice returnable within ten weeks.
Dasti, in addition, is permitted.
In the meantime, operation of
1. Order dated 22nd November, 2013 passed by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Principal Bench at Jabalpur in MCC No.1395 of 2013 and W.P. (C) No.20008 of 2013;
2. Order dated 18th December, 2013 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay in Writ Petition No.2714 of 2013; and
3. Order dated 21st November, 2013 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No.10845 of 2013 shall remain stayed." A copy of the order dated 7.3.2014 has been placed before the Court for its perusal. The same is taken on record.
