This petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 26th August, 2016 passed by the Vice-Chancellor, Deendayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur (Annexure-10 to the writ petition).
Mr. Sunil, learned counsel for respondent-Committee of Management, in view of paragraph-34 of the counter affidavit of respondent no.4, submits that against the order impugned, the petitioner has got remedy to file a reference before the Chancellor of the University under Section 68 of the State Universities Act.
The present writ petition is accordingly dismissed on the ground of aforesaid statutory alternative remedy.
Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
