Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing counsel for the respondents.
Present Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to the District Inspector of Schools, Kushi Nagar, respondent No.3 to grant approval to the election of the Petitioner's Committee of Management of the Institution in question within the stipulated time.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the election of the Committee of Management of the Institution was held on 24.11.2019 and paper for approval was sent on 25.11.2019, but till date approval has not been granted to the Petitioner's Committee of Management.
Under these circumstances, direction is issued to the District Inspector of Schools, Kushi Nagar, respondent No.3 to take decision in the matter regarding approval of the election held by the Petitioner's Committee of Management on 24.11.2019 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
