Petitioner claims to be the Committee of Management. However, Sri Alok Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner admits that presently Authorised Controller has been appointed on 19.7.2018, which has been challenged by the petitioner in another writ petition.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition praying for quashing the order dated 9.7.2018, regarding disapproval of the suspension of the respondent no.3, is not maintainable at the instance of the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is dismissed at this stage.
