Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has challenged the appointment of the Authorized Controller, who has promoted Sri Krishna Chandra Mishra on the post of Lecturer. By the order dated 11.7.1997 the said order has been stayed. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that Writ Petition No. 21609 of 1997 has been finally allowed and the appointment of the Authorized Controller has been set aside.

Let the learned counsel for the petitioner may file the copy of the order of Writ Petition No. 21609 of 1997. Respondent nos. 1 and 2 have not filed any counter affidavit. Learned Standing Counsel may file counter affidavit within three weeks.
