Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondents.
It appears that the appellant has not been made party in the writ petition no.27434 of 2018 and a direction has been issued by the writ court.
Learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant is an aggrieved party as he has membership issues with the writ petitioner in the writ petition, which has been allowed.
The present appellant may also be heard by the respondent no.2, while deciding the application of the Committee of Management through its Manager Tanveer Hassan, the alleged manager for renewal of registration of the Committee of Management.
With the above direction, the special appeal is disposed of as above. No costs.
