The impugned order in question reflects that before the State Level committee on 13.01.2010, the Manager of Madarsa appeared and sought for short time to produce the documents by 15.01.2010. There is categorical recital of the fact in the impugned order that in spite of the expiry of the aforesaid period, no document had been produced and qua the said statement of fact in the impugned order, no explanation has been furnished by the petitioner. Record further reflects that Manager has proceeded to mention that notice was served on 16.01.2010 and when on 18.01.2010 the documents were tried to be produced, but the same were not accepted. As position is not clear, confronted with this situation, Sri Irsad Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner request that the matter be adjourned for the day in order to explain the situation.
