Heard Sri Awadhesh Kumar Malviya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Piyush Tripathi, Advocate for Union of India as well as and learned Standing counsel for the State- respondents.
By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to permit the students of the petitioner's Institution to upload the trainees data on the portal of VPPUP for Examination of I.T.I training within a stipulated period of time.
Contention of the learned counsel for petitioner is that the data of the petitioner's Institution (73 students) uploaded NCVT MIS portal but the same cannot be uploaded VPPUP portal, resulting thereto students of the petitioner's Institution who are pursuing I.T.I. Courses are not able to appear in the Examination. It is further submitted that a detailed representation in this regard has been filed on 21.10.2019 and reminder dated 7.12.2019, to the respondent no.2 Director, Rajya Vyavsayik Prashikshan Parishad U.P. At Lucknow but no heed was paid by the concerned respondent in deciding the aforesaid representations.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, direction is issued upon respondent no.2 Director, Rajya Vyavsayik Prashikshan Parishad U.P. At Lucknow to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 21.10.2019/reminder dated 7.12.2019 of the petitioner's Institution expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the above direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
