Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
As the limited prayer made in the present writ petition relating to representation/claim of Committee of Management which is pending before respondent No.2 i.e. District Inspector of Schools, Ghazipur for granting approval of removal of respondent No.3 as provided under Section 7-A of the Act.
In such circumstances, this writ petition is being disposed of finally directing respondent No.2 i.e. District Inspector of Schools, Ghazipur to pass appropriate orders relating to approval of respondent No.3 by a speaking and reasoned order within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
No order as to costs.
