On the matter being taken up today, Shri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has placed on record the instructions dated 24.5.2019 sent by the Director of Education (Secondary), U.P. Lucknow, wherein it has been indicated that out of two sanctioned posts of Assistant Clerk in the institution in question, one post is to be filled up by the direct recruitment and necessary permission has already been accorded by the opposite party. The second post falls under promotional quota. The instruction is taken on record.
Consequently nothing further survives and the contempt application is disposed of.
