On 4.1.2012, Sri Satish Chandra Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 7 and learned Standing Counsel were granted time to file counter affidavit. It was made clear that no further time will be allowed to both the parties. Till date counter affidavit has not been filed.
