The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the order dated 17.02.2020 passed in Writ A No.63396 of 2015 (C/M Kisan Adarsh Inter College Vs. State of U.P. and 2 Others).
Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, instructions received from the office of the opposite party was placed before this Court, the same is taken on record. It is informed by Shri Ajay Kumar Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party that decision has been taken on 13.08.2021. Therefore no further orders are required to be passed.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
