The instant writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus commanding respondent No. 1, Assistant Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Shaharanpur to decide the dispute relating to membership of Kalyankari Shiksha Pracharani Samita, Muzaffar Nagar, on the basis of objections of the petitioners dated 23.4.2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioners points out that after receipt of objection, the first respondent had issued a notice to respondent No. 3 requiring him to submit his reply within ten days along with documentary evidence and furnish information in the proforma mentioned in the notice. It is submitted that the said proceedings have not been concluded so far.
Learned standing counsel states that the dispute shall be decided, within such time as may be directed by this Court.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent No. 1 to decide the objections filed by the petitioners against the list of General Body on the basis of proceedings initiated by notice dated 23.4.2018, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before taking decision in the matter, due notice and opportunity of hearing shall be given to the concerned parties.
