1. Jeet Lal Singh has preferred this special appeal against order dated 22.1.2007 rendered at interim stage of proceedings of writ petition No.499(SS) of 2007.
Vide the impugned order learned Single Judge as an interim measure has provided that operation and implementation of order dated 25.6.2006 shall remain stayed. In case signatures of Jeet Lal Singh have been approved by D.I.O.S., he may be allowed to officiate on the post of Principal.
We find that the order is contingent to the fact that signatures of Jeet Lal Singh have been approved by D.I.O.S.
2. In any case learned counsel for the appellant has not appeared to prosecute the appeal. The appeal was filed in the year 2007.
3. We dispose of this appeal with liberty to the appellant/writ respondent to file an application for early hearing of the writ petition, and for vacation of the order, if so advised.
Let writ file be returned to the registry for listing.
