JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Syed Nadeem Ahmad, who has appeared on behalf of the respondent no.1, has produced before the Court copy of an order dated 19.07.2016 which discloses that the request of the petitioner management has been rejected. The order dated 19.07.2016 has not been challenged in the writ petition.
The learned counsel for the petitioners, accordingly, prays to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the subsequent order dated 19.07.2016.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
