Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In pith and substance, the petitioner-Committee of Management Janta Kanya Pathshala Junior High School Dist. Hapur is before this Court asking that its representation/communication dated 27.01.2018, addressed to the District Basic Education Officer, Hapur, for permission to fill up the post of Class IV empolyee, may be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel very fairly submits that in case any such representation/commission is pending, the same would be decided by the concerned authority.
In view of the above, without entering into the merit of the case, the writ petition, on consent, stands disposed of directing the District Basic Education Officer, Hapur, to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably, within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
