1. Heard Sri Gautam Baghel, Advocate holding brief of Sri Babboo Ram, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents.
2. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for petitioner has stated that by impugned order/notice dated 02.08.2018, a show-cause notice has been issued to petitioner by Respondent- 4, District Inspector of Schools, Hapur (hereinafter referred to as 'DIOS'). Since petitioner has remedy to reply before DIOS, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to submit reply to DIOS so he may pass final order.
3. Learned Standing Counsel representing respondents has no objection with said request.
4. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed with aforesaid liberty.
