Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The order of the writ court is of 2007 by which direction was issued to consider the case of the applicant-institution for creation of post of teachers, since then more than 11 years have passed. The factual situation, as on date, must have changed. The course open to the applicant is to take fresh steps in accordance with the rules.
In the circumstances, I decline to entertain the instant contempt petition.
The contempt petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
