Heard Sri S.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the appellants, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent no.1 and Sri Krishan Pahal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.3 and 4.
This special appeal has been filed under Chapter VIII, Rule 5 of High Court Rules against the judgement and order dated 30.05.2019 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ-C No.19257 of 2019 (C/M Jan Kalyan Samiti Wajidpur and another vs. State of U.P. and 3 others).
Learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that the affiliation for B.Ed Course is coming to an end on 30.06.2019 and the University has not taken any decision for extension of affiliation for B.Ed Course for Session 2019-21 and further the name of institution has not been recommended for counselling.
On the other hand, learned counsel for the University has drawn attention of this Court towards the minutes of Executive Council dated 09.05.2019 wherein it is recorded that interpolation has been made at page 4 of inspection report and there are certain deficiencies in the concerned institution.
Since the matter is subjudice before the writ court, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter.
The special appeal is, accordingly, dismissed. No costs.
